AngelBooks, our publisher
In 2004, AngelWorks underwrote the publication costs of a children's book
called "
Santa's Stray." The book was distributed by The Lord's Diner, Wichita's
soup kitchen, offered in exchange for a suggested donation of $10 each. More
than 8,000 books were distributed in just a few months, raising nearly $80,000
for the Diner.

Because of that tremendous success, this year, AngelWorks has launched a
spinoff, AngelBooks, to further explore the fund-raising potential of book
publishing.

In 2005, a sequel to Santa's Stray, "
A Piano for Christmas," was distributed by
Three Trees, Inc., a center that provides free support services to children
experiencing grief. Nearly 3,000 books raised $30,000 for the center. In 2006, a
third sequel,
"All is Bright," will again benefit The Lord's Diner.

A "grown-ups''" book called
"What Heaven Left Behind," released in 2005,
shares its proceeds with more than a half dozen non-profits supported by
AngelWorks. For more information on these books visit these web sites:
