AngelWorks: A  philanthropy, not a foundation
AngelWorks is not a charity or a foundation. It is a Wichita-based philanthropy, which
partners with charities, schools and churches to provide comfort and opportunity to
those facing poverty, homelessness, addiction or grief.

Since its creation in October 2003, AngelWorks has provided more than $350,000 to
more than 30 charities including The Lord's Diner (Wichita's soup kitchen), the Kansas
Foodbank Warehouse, Three Trees, Inc. (a center for grieving children,) the Wichita
Children's Home, the Kansas Children's Service League, the Make-A-Wish
Foundation, the Guadeloupe Clinic, Parallax, Pals Animal Rescue and the Assistance
League of Wichita.

In addition, AngelWorks has developed original programs and events in partnership
with Exploration Place, Botanica,  USD 259 and the Lord's Dine and Three Trees.
Information about these and other programs will be updated on this site regularly.

The full story behind the creation of AngelWorks -- including the story of
the founder and her Great Aunt Dorothy -- is told in the book, "What
Heaven Left Behind." Sales of the book benefit AngelWorks's-supported
charities. The book is available at
